Sylvia the carer said "I think that's Bobbi, it's one of them two" so I had the biggest.
I also had a male too.
I brought them home in a plastic crate. As soon as the second one was put in the crate they started shoving. A pile of hay was put in and off we went. It was all quiet in there by the time we got home. They were both side by side snuggled in the hay.
I'd checked the one hog house. It was full of hay, but empty. We put Bobbi in the entrance and "encouraged" her to go in.
I'd put a box full of hay inside this plastic box and across from it was a plastic plant pot filled with hay with some roofing felt over the top. We forced Matey (as that's what I've jsut decided to call him) into the box hole. Both houses had a bit of food and some water just outside.

This was about half 6 so it was still light. The idea was they'd get comfortable there and go exploring after dark. 15 minutes later they both popped their heads out. Bobbi to eat, Matey to move across the hall into the plant pot.
I kept popping out to check on them. Matey was happy to stay in his new home, but Bobbi was out and about having a right good nose. Every so often she'd self anoint which was a very strange thing to see. These pics don't show her in a good light at all !!! She's not cross eyed honest :)

I marked them both in different spots to be able to differentiate them. After we had our curry (and still before it was dark) I went and stood between the two houses. They are about 4m apart. Bobbi wandered towards Matey's place and had a good lick of the roofing felt. Then Matey decided to stick his nose out. Bobbi took exception to this and they did a bit of pushing, so Matey went into the plastic thing. Bobbi wandered off as if nothing had happened. She was wandering in the direction towards the house, but wrong way to get down to the grass.
I left them for a bit, then just after dark I went out with the torch. I could see Bobbi was back by the hog house, except something wasn't quite right as I could see Matey in the corner, but they both seemed to have the tippex splodge on the same side and I was sure I'd marked them differently. And "Bobbi's" splodge seemed a bit mucky. She then scarpered in the opposite direction and I realised it wasn't Bobbi, but must have been Snout. Snout moved so fast I couldn't see where he'd gone as I only had my torch. I'm assuming that Snout has been using the hog house for a bit of a rest in the evening. I wonder who's getting it tonight. The real Matey was by his house.
So in summary, they haven't run off, they are keeping local for the moment. I'm not sure what will happen tot hem, but so far, so good.
